Client Services
Who We Are
Client Services is the service and support division within NU ITS, uniting teams that provide end-user support to faculty, staff, and students through desktop support and help desks across all campuses. Our mission is to deliver professional, respectful support for our partners’ hardware and software needs. As an integrated multi-campus team, we coordinate services across phone, email, and in-person channels while maintaining the structure needed to support each campus effectively.
How We Align
Client Services collaborates closely with partners across all campuses and key functional areas. We support system institutions as well as campus faculty, staff, and students, helping ensure our campus partners receive the support essential to advancing the university’s mission.
