Food for Health Center Presidential Chair
Dr. Andy Benson is the Food for Health presidential chair and director of the 91ÃÛÌÒß¹Food for Health Center. Benson is also a professor at the University of 91ÃÛÌÒß¹- Lincoln for the Department of Food Science and Technology. His research group studies the complex sets of host and dietary factors that collectively influence the function of the gut microbiome.
